Who we are

Evergreen Outpost was born from a simple idea: create a place where people can gather, relax, and enjoy great food and drinks together. In the Pacific Northwest, some of the best moments happen outdoors — sharing a meal with friends, discovering a new favorite food truck, or sitting by a fire pit on a cool evening. Evergreen Outpost was designed to capture that feeling and bring it to life for the community.

For the owner, this project is especially meaningful because it’s rooted in the place she grew up. Having spent years in the neighborhood, Evergreen Outpost was envisioned as a space that reflects the spirit of the community — welcoming, relaxed, and centered around bringing people together.

At the heart of Evergreen Outpost is Tucker’s Taps, a 3,200-square-foot tap house named after Tucker, the dog who inspired the spirit of the place. Tucker’s Taps offers a rotating selection of craft beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, creating a gathering spot where neighbors, families, and friends can connect.

Surrounding the tap house is a curated lineup of food trucks serving a variety of incredible food. The goal is to support local entrepreneurs while giving guests the chance to explore new flavors and discover their favorites.

Evergreen Outpost was thoughtfully designed to feel welcoming and relaxed, with open-air seating, fire pits, and spaces where people can slow down and spend time together. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick drink, meeting friends for dinner, or enjoying a night out with family, we hope Evergreen Outpost becomes a place where memories are made and community grows.

Evergreen Outpost — built by locals, for the community.
